About
PDM Precast, Inc. is a Midwest producer of quality structural prestressed and precast concrete products. Our production facility, located in Des Moines, Iowa, has been PCI Certified for over 30 years.
PDM was created in 2012 by an employee group from IPC, Inc., which acquired the IPC Des Moines production facility along with other key assets and employees. The ownership group has over 60 years of combined experience in the construction, manufacturing, and prestressed/precast concrete industries.
We provide a broad precast/prestressed concrete product offering, focusing primarily on structural products, including insulated and solid walls, double tees, hollowcore, beams, and columns. Our products can be found in warehouses, distribution centers, medical facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, manufacturing facilities, schools, multifamily, hotels, retail, residential, FEMA shelters, and other miscellaneous buildings.
It’s our strong in-house engineering presence that enables us to lend valuable technical expertise to projects not only during the design, production, and erection phases, but also during the pre-design/pre-sales phases.
We pride ourselves on clearly communicating our offerings and outperforming our commitments.
